Congratulations to the men and women who attended and graduated from the Kerr County Basic Corrections Officer Course.

A few times a year the Kerr County Sheriff's Office hosts a 3 week long training class to surrounding counties. The Basic Corrections Officer Course is a 120-hour course. Designed to meet training and licensing requirements set by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement necessary to prepare participants to receive their Basic Jailer’s License. The course is designed to train Correction Officers to work successfully and effectively in a jail correctional setting.
